Cambo CAM Series Chop Suey Wok Range has everything your high paced kitchen needs. Different wok openings and various burner combinations to allows you to customize to your restaurant and chef’s requirements. Cambo’s wok ranges are built so that it is practical and logical. The stainless steel wok range surface is CNC fabricated and the wok openings are machine extruded to eliminate weld cracks like our competitors. Every range is equipped with a back waterfall that cools down the cooking surface with a front drainage system. Manufactured in our Toronto, Ontario facility, we can also provide customized range sizes to meeting your existing kitchen space. Our ranges can also be customized to be used as a Wonton Noodle Range, Noodle Boiler, Steamer, and Rice Noodle Range just to name a few.
