Cambo’s Buffet tables are fully customized to your restaurant’s need. Buffet tables can be made fully from stainless steel or be fabricated with mill work to match your interior design. Buffet tables are equipment with tempered glass sneeze guards to meet health regulations.
Buffet table top is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 stainless steel, a rigid steel post skeleton and under shelf or cabinets option. The top is CNC punched and openings are provided to fit standard 12″ x 20″ pans.
Hot Food Table:
A coil spring heating element is fitted inside every compartment to ensure proper temperature for maintaining food temperature. Each compartment can be controlled by a control switch with temperature display Compartments are complete with drain port with gate valve for easy draining.
Cold Food Table:
An insulated ice pan to preserve ice longer. Option to include for a refrigerated cabinets to store cold food for easy refilling of food station.
Tables can also be customized to include for drop in dish dispensers, drop in ice cream coolers, drip wells and soup stations.
